Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items caused by misuse
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Hygiene-related products once opened

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
